We help independent and multi-shop operators figure out what AI to use, what to skip, and how to actually deploy it — from people who've spent 15 years on the counter, not in a boardroom.
A consulting engagement covers the four things every shop needs before spending real money on AI.
A working session at your shop or over Zoom. We map how you run today, where time is leaking, and what your team is willing to actually adopt.
A clear, prioritized roadmap. What to use, what to skip, what to integrate, what's worth building. Paired with rough costs and timeline.
We tell you which platforms (Claude, GPT, Gemini, Make, etc.) actually fit your shop. Vendor-neutral — we get nothing if you pick one over another.
We're at the counter, in the training, and on the monthly check-ins for the first 30–60 days. Your wins go on autopilot before we step back.
Most consulting engagements end on slide 47. Ours end when the AI is actually in your shop's daily workflow and your numbers prove it.
Working session. We learn how you run today, where time is leaking, what your team will actually adopt.
You get a clear AI roadmap — what to use, what to skip, what to integrate, what's worth building.
We're there for setup, training, and the first 30–60 days of live use. Wins on autopilot before we step back.
We work best with shop owners and operators who already run a tight ship and want AI to compound the way they're already running. We're not a fix-the-shop consultancy — we're an "amplify what's already working" team.
If you're earlier than that, we'll tell you. We don't bill people we can't actually help.
Owners who wear multiple hats and want AI to give them an extra one.
Groups looking for repeatable AI playbooks across locations, not one-off tools.
Tekmetric, Shop-Ware, ShopMonkey, Mitchell, AutoLeap, Protractor — we work with all of them.
Companies serving the auto-repair vertical who want sharper AI insight from someone in the trade.
Discovery + roadmap is usually 2–3 weeks. Implementation oversight runs 30–60 days depending on scope. We don't lock you into multi-year retainers — if a single engagement gets you what you need, we're done.
It depends on scope. Most engagements land between $3K and $15K all-in. We give you a fixed price after the first 30-minute call — no surprise hourly invoices. If you want a rough number before that call, mention your shop size and biggest pain in the booking notes and we'll send a ballpark before we meet.
No. We're vendor-neutral by design. We'll recommend whichever platform actually fits your shop — sometimes that's nothing fancier than ChatGPT and a few SOPs in Notion. Sometimes it's a custom build. We tell you straight.
That's a smaller engagement we run as a fixed-fee implementation: setup, prompt libraries, team training, SOPs. Mention "implementation only" in your booking notes and we'll scope just that.
Yes. That's our software practice. Automated Intake is one example — built for the same reason we'd build for you: an off-the-shelf solution didn't exist. We scope custom builds during consulting and quote them separately.
Yes. Most engagements run remote with one or two on-site days for discovery and training, depending on travel cost and shop preference.
